As part of our ongoing efforts to protect our community, we are implementing updated seller verification requirements effective March 1, 2025. This notice provides details about the new requirements and how they will affect current and prospective sellers.

Beginning in March, all sellers on the INWISH platform will need to complete an enhanced verification process. This process includes identity verification through government-issued documentation, phone number verification, and agreement to updated seller terms of service. These measures help ensure that all marketplace participants are legitimate actors committed to fair trading practices.

Timeline for Compliance

Existing verified sellers will have until April 15, 2025 to complete the enhanced verification process. New sellers registering after March 1, 2025 will need to complete the full verification before gaining access to selling features. We encourage all sellers to begin the verification process early to avoid any disruption to their trading activities.

Verification Process Steps

The enhanced verification involves three main steps. First, sellers will submit identity documentation through our secure verification portal. Second, sellers will complete phone verification to confirm contact information. Third, sellers will review and accept the updated terms of service that outline marketplace expectations and responsibilities.

Impact on Trading Activities

During the transition period, sellers who have not yet completed verification may experience temporary limitations on their accounts. Once verified, sellers will have full access to all platform features and may qualify for enhanced seller benefits including higher transaction limits and priority customer support.
