Completely Unavailable: The trading platform web interface and mobile applications will be offline. All buy and sell order submissions will be suspended. Account login and registration services will be temporarily disabled. API endpoints will return maintenance status codes. Customer support live chat will be unavailable.

Remaining Operational: Email support will continue functioning with delayed response times. The INWISH blog and help center documentation will remain accessible. Social media channels will provide real-time maintenance status updates.

What We Are Upgrading

Our engineering team will implement several significant improvements during this maintenance window. The order matching engine will receive a complete overhaul, reducing average execution time from 340 milliseconds to under 50 milliseconds. Database infrastructure will be migrated to a new clustered architecture supporting three times the current transaction volume.
